Thomas Lowrey - Co-Founder

Thomas built his foundation working alongside his uncle’s window-cleaning company, World of Windows.
There, he learned the real challenges small businesses face:

inconsistent communication
missed opportunities
difficulty balancing scheduling with daily operations

Managing customer calls, coordinating appointments, and handling client communication taught him what builds trust — and what loses it.
Thomas brings hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer behavior to TKreach’s client operations.

Kyle Bartenslager - Co-Founder

Kyle built his foundation while studying at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where he focused on marketing, operations, and business analytics.
There, he learned the operational challenges growing businesses face:

unclear communication workflows
difficulty converting leads consistently

Working on real-world business projects, Kyle gained experience designing communication systems, analyzing customer behavior, and improving the efficiency of outreach operations.
Kyle brings a systems-driven approach, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of process optimization to TKreach’s internal workflows and client performance systems.
